This EMCC ESQA and ICF-accredited online programme is a five-month experience of discovery, reflection, and professional growth. Together with a small group of peers, you’ll explore what it means to hold space for others, sharpen your lens as a reflective practitioner, and craft your own unique voice as a supervisor.
At The Sandton Coaching Centre, we believe supervision is not about having all the answers – it’s about deepening the quality of questions. This programme is an invitation to grow through curiosity, presence, and shared learning.

What the Journey Looks Like
Over five months, you’ll engage in:
- 6 live online modules (4 hours each, every 4 weeks)
- Practice supervision sessions (within and between modules)
- Reflective journalling to support insight and integration
- Research & inquiry, enabling deep understanding
- Personal case study and development planning
- 150 hours of flexible learning and application
Our Fee for the Diploma is £2995 – though we do offer a bursary for each cohort and we also take into account the background and country location of each participant in considering the price for the programme.
